Welcome to HAM (Amatuer) Radio!

Radio communications has been around for ages, since before WW1, and comes in many forms. Morse Code with it's familiar "dits" and "dahs", on through satellite communications to our brave astronauts.

Please join us in an Amateur Radio (HAM) presentation at Strauss Mansion on July 15th, 2015 @ 7:30 PM.

Learn how to get licensed, to speak, type or use Morse Code to pass on information, data, or just chat with another HAM! It's easier than you think!,

Enjoy a PowerPoint presentation, a brief talk, some "gadget" review, and a question and answer segment. The show will be in the capable hands of Bill Pointon (WA2CG)and Bill Hudzik (W2UDT)

Mr. Hudzik is an American Radio Relay League (ARRL) officer on the regional level and has 25+ years experience as a HAM.  Atlantic Highlands resident Bill Pointon is a long-time HAM enthusiast, with a wide network of radio friends.

Come on up and sit back, relax and and hear about those thrilling days of yesteryear, today and tomorrow
